We can carry out domestic work, completing the BRCS notification for Building Regulations so that you receive the certificate of compliance directly from the Building Regulations department with no further inspections required.

Stratton Electrical can provide fixed price annual contract for the regular inspection of rented properties, student lets, holiday accommodation.
Stratton Electrical can provide visual inspection reports or full electrical installation condition reports for property purchases and mortgage applications.
We are happy to provide quotations for other works or carry out work on a time and materials basis. This arrangement has proved popular with our regular customers as it is almost always the most economical option.
